Aleksa has over 6 years of experience teaching Pilates and strength. She has helped hundreds of mothers feel empowered in their bodies and create a healthy relationship with exercise. She ran a boutique Pilates studio in London for 4 years and as an instructor has thousands of hours of practical coaching both in groups and private setting. She is also reformer, MOTR and TRX trained. 


Her signature class uses a combination of various resistance bands combined with Mat work with the aim to fire and ignite one of the most important muscles in the female body - The Glutes! This class is suitable for pregnancy, postpartum and any Chapter. 

She believes in the power of movement in every stage of a mother’s journey. And is a strong advocate of group training and community support especially during the early days post partum
