Caroline is from the UK and has been living in the UAE for the past 14 years. She is a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor with a further 85 hour certification in Prenatal Yoga.
Caroline’s classes are Hatha Vinyasa style which are guided in a fun, positive and encouraging manner. Flowing through sequences designed to benefit both body and mind, ensuring individuals are gaining maximum benefit within their own unique practice.
As a Mum of two she practiced yoga throughout both of her pregnancies and is passionate about sharing the many benefits of Prenatal Yoga in a friendly, positive, safe and supportive manner. Caroline’s prenatal classes focus on creating and maintaining strength, gentle stretching and releasing tension through relaxation techniques, in order to fully support and empower women during such an incredible time, their pregnancy.
