Yoga has been an integral part in my life for over 10 years now, and my personal practice has evolved over the years and helped me become a better person, have a strong mind, body and spirit as well as it gave me the tools to respond to every day life instead of react.
Yoga teaches me to live in the present moment, to come back to my centre, and to be grounded on daily basis.
I completed my 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Lorraine Taylor (a student of Paul Dallagan, student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois). I completed 40h course in Teen Yoga and Mindfulness with Charlotta Martinus and Swing Yoga with Pewee Sanchez. Also, I have completed 50h Dhyaan Meditation with Yashwant Saran of whom I continue to be his student. I continue to delve deeper in the vast yogic science and philosophy.
My classes involve an eclectic mix of many forms of yoga styles that I have personally benefitted from: Vinyasa, Hatha, yin yoga, and Yoga nidra. There is a focus on cultivating body awareness via connection to the breath as well as paying attention to the individuality of each person’s body structure and needs. I enjoy constructing playful and strong sequences and the classes always observe the season, time of day as well as the practitioners needs. I include meditation and pranayama practices where relevant. It is my absolute pleasure to share the joy and serenity of practice with other seekers and deliver sessions in which students discover more about themselves. My aim is to have students step off the mat feeling rejuvenated, nourished and grounded. I believe each person holds the keys to unlock themselves, and I am here to guide you on this journey.
