"Fitness has always been a big part of my life, from competing in sprinting & long jump for my school to regular gym sessions, classes and use of personal training I decided that I wanted to delve into fitness industry.
After a few years I have come to love female strength training, enhancing the female figure with resistance training and teaching them that lifting weights won’t make them bulky or big but in fact create curves and reshape their whole body.
My interest in Pre & post natal training came once I got pregnant and gave birth. The female body is so extraordinary that I don’t think we give ourselves credit for what our body really is capable of, so to be able to work with women and safely guide them through their pregnancy and after is so rewarding."
