“Growing up I had always been actively involved in sports, particularly volleyball and trained regularly at the gym. Working in an investment bank I found myself becoming increasingly interested in aspects of health and particularly fitness. My goals evolved from losing weight to becoming a stronger version of myself.
When pregnant with my second child I found myself wanting to continue maintaining my level of fitness however there were limited options. I decided to begin understanding the industry more and starting a personal training course while 6 months pregnant and received my specialist qualification 3 months postpartum. Not the ideal journey timing, though I am not sure when is with children!
As a mum working and helping to make other mums and mum-to-be feel empowered has been exceedingly rewarding. There is a lot of misinformation, which can unfortunately lead to injuries that can have a lasting effect, therefore one our main aim is to help educate mums on proper form and the appropriate exercises. I want my clients to be confident and stronger!”
