Fitness and sport have been the biggest constants in my life; playing sport recreationally in my childhood, competing as a UCI-ranked track cyclist in Ireland, Russia and Italy, competing internationally as a triathlete for my native Ireland, as well as spending seven joyful years as a PE teacher has highlighted the power of sport in my life.
After becoming pregnant with my first child at twenty nine, I was aghast at the levels of misinformation around pre and postnatal exercise. Therefore, I’ve made it my goal to empower and educate mums and mums-to-be in the importance of exercise for both physical and mental health during pre and postpartum.
My current qualifications are:
- Qualified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach (Setanta College, Ireland)
- Certified Pre and Post Natal Coach (Girls Gone Strong)
- BSc Sports Sports (Ulster University)
- Physical Education PGCE (University of Buckingham)
Together, we will navigate your pregnancy and postpartum journey. I look forward to working with you and building strength along the way!
